We do not sell used watches.

Bank Transfer Fees:
Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees charged by their financial institutions, including applicable international transfer fees.
Other Applicable Taxes:

Customers are responsible for applicable bank transfer fees, including international transfer fees.

If payment is not received within the specified period, WATCH-TOKYO may contact the customer and cancel the unpaid order.

Orders for delivery to other countries are not currently accepted through our online checkout.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds / 返品・交換・返金

Return Request Period:
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
Change-of-Mind Returns:
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved returns, the product purchase price will be refunded in accordance with our return conditions.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers should contact WATCH-TOKYO with their order information.
WATCH-TOKYO will bear the necessary return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Eligible cases will be resolved through a refund, replacement where available, or another mutually agreed solution.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
For bank transfer payments, refunds will be arranged by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
For returns requiring inspection, refunds will normally be processed after the returned product has been received and checked.

10. Order Cancellations / 注文キャンセル
